As plain as I can be,I have NEVER experienced Customer service that compares with Thin Optics.

Super awesome company. Somehow I ended up ordering wallet version when I really needed a case type version to fit in our wallet, so either way didn’t matter to them they just sent us a free case that would fit in our wallets even though we ordered the wallet version somehow and customer service is awesome to even gave us a discount again for the trouble.

This is great product. Before I started using readers, my glasses were always at the other end of the house than my glasses. Now these two items are always together! Epic!

The reading glasses arm broke off, I contacted customer service and within 24hrs I got an email that a replacement will be shipped and will get it within 5-7 days. What an amazing experience since I depend on the reading glasses 110% Much appreciate and keep doing the work you do. Thank you
