I was working with Rhea and she couldn't have been more helpful. There was some warranty issues and she gave me the benefit of the doubt. I received my product quickly as I was without glasses. I have nothing but high praise for Thin Optics and especially Rhea.

This allows me to stop hanging glasses from my shirt or keeping it in my pocket. The glasses are hidden, and When you need them, just pop them out of your phone. Great, great concept.

Disappointed in the gift I received: great idea but needed stronger lenses...called Thin Optics and spoke with Rhea. She immediately understood, placed the proper order and was so kind and respectful! You don't get this 5 star Customer Service much...what a pleasant surprise! I strongly recommend Thin Optics due to their exceptional Customer Service!!

I've been working with Customer Service at ThinOptics regarding a nose piece that fell off my portable glasses. I use them CONSTANTLY and I've had them for quite some time. Rhea was wonderful and offered to send me a new pair. They were all very communicative via email and even called me two times. Great customer service!

The customer service was quick and friendly. I just received my glasses and LOVE them!! They are really amazing- so thin and light weight. I will be telling my friends about them for sure.

Love the convenience of super thin readers. You can stick to your iPhone, ipad. Fits in your pocket. They are so thin and yet so durable. Super steel! Thanks for replacing my case that broke. Pleasure doing biz with them.
