These are three most useful and handy reading glasses I've found. The problems with them are they scratch when you put them in and out of there case and the thin metal parts always break off between 3 and 6 months.

The quality of their product is superior to all the other rip offs and they have an excellent return policy. They are the first and the best for their eye glasses and quality has improved significantly over the years. Maybe communication is a little wanting at the moment but they get there in the end. Long time buyer/supporter.

The glasses broke under normal use conditions and the company replaced them as promised

Thinoptics has a good product. If you are in Europe prepare to wait a month for delivery. Typical American company that can't properly serve customers outside the US.

ThinOptics customer service is outstanding. I have the keychain clear thin optics that are attached to my iphone case and I use regularly. Once you get the hang of how to take them in and out of the case, they are easy to use and the case provides handy access. I gave them a 4 because the lens isn't as clear as other readers I have. Having said that, they are great in a pinch.

I ordered a reader with a phone case. I thought I had chosen an iPhone XR phone case but when i saw the order confirmation a few minutes later I saw the phone case being delivered was an iPhone X/Xs. I sent an email immediately to support and asked them to change this to XR. I was instead told that I will be given a free case for the readers and I should keep the phone case and not return it. Order Confirmation: SO1221860 I appreciate the gesture but can't help but think why the change could not be made. Also till date I am not sure when I can expect my reader with case and the second case.

These are the greatest! I get so many compliments on how neat they are. They come in so handy when I need to grab a pair. The only thing is that they slide off my nose if I have been perspiring even a little. Other than that, I would give them a 6.

Great product. I have been with ThinOptic since the beginning. last year they have changed their warranty policies about replacement glasses. Which was one of the key reason I bought the glasses. Recentlu when I need to replace my glasses, the customer service people were kind to explain to me the change which I can understand. And they offered me a one time discount for the replacement. I appreciated the gesture and bought he replacement. I have referred so many people with this new warranty i was worried that I get negative feedback from people I have referred ThinOptic. Now I am less worried based on how the customer service treated my demand
