I ordered directly from your website on Dec 20th. You charged for shipping, and I still don't have my product. I ordered because your product broke again for the 4th time.

I have not received my order yet Order# TPX709710. I know that it states has been delivered. However I never received it. How can this be resolved. Unable to send a email to resolve issue

The customer service agent does not listen to my problem about my issue with the product. She continues to send me the same product two more times instead of helping me with the issue with the product. She does not listen at all.

Simply dreadful customer service that has left me substantially out of pocket. I ordered from Thin Optics and asked for the items to be sent to a DHL service hub for collection. The DHL tracking app shows the goods were delivered but the hub has no record of receiving them. They even showed me their stock room with no sign of my parcel. I contacted DHL who stated the items had been misplaced and the store had now found them so I went back. Guess what no items and no one from DHL had been in contact with the store. I then contacted Thin Optics who said the items were still in transit and sent me a link to a tracker for DHL. Clearly the Thin Optics person hadn’t actually looked at the tracker as it stated the good had been delivered even though I had explained that the service hub hadn’t received them. All subsequent emails to both DHL and Thin Optics have been ignored. When the going gets tough no one from Thin Optics gives a proverbial. Please don’t respond which some online platitudes design to fool other potential customers. Just refund my money and forget this ever happened.

I've asked these scammers multiple times in the past to not spam me, over a period of years, and this weekend I get THREE spam emails. Total dirtbags that don't appreciate peoples privacy
