I had purchased the thin optics was receiving Emails but I need finished the the enrollment for replacement and when I tried to get a replacement pair Jake helped me with the process which he made very easy I would recommend thin optics since they are handy when shopping to look at the prices

I have been using ThinOptics for more than 2 years. I think it is a brilliant concept. I have ordered them for many people as gifts. Everyone wants to know where I got them. Customer service here is fantastic. They offer lifetime replacements, as they do tend to sctratch once in a while. Had a problem, spoke to Jonathon and he took care of everything in minutes. Excellent choice - now I hear they changed the nose bridge, which was their Achilles's heel, to a sturdier one!
