The nose pads fell off, so I asked for new ones. I only needed the pads, they sent me a new pair of glasses. I don´t know if it is just an impression, but this one they sent me is more clear than the one I bought three years ago. The product is much better. Congrats.

Tracking me down during a vacation and with a new cell phone w/o the voicemail set up was not an easy task, but Ann in Customer Service did. ThinOptic glasses allows me the great convenience w/my phone, store labels, and restaurant menus. Even better, when I stealthily pull them from my phone to my nose there's always a chuckle from an onlooker. Love the product and the service I got! (please only post 1st name - thanks)

Ian provided EXCELLENT customer service. If only ALL customer service reps were as efficient as Ian, the world would be a happier place.!! Ian replaced a pair of thinoptics that was sent out this past Sept, but was never received.

Awesome product!! My boss had the readers in a little case on his phone and I asked how he balanced them on the tip of his nose. He let me try them and I was amazed at the "sandpaper like" texture on the pads that provide that magic friction to stay on. I tried them on and was amazed at the clarity as well as how light they are. I opened my Amazon App and ordered a pair right then and there in the same strength. They were delivered the next day. I went to register them as instructed for the lifetime replacement warranty and got guidance on their LIVE CHAT. I was asked to share a copy of my Amazon receipt and it was done! To steal the line from GEICO, "It was so easy a caveman could so it!" Thanks, ThinOptics!!

I only contacted TO to see about getting adhesive strip. TO case wasn't thoroughly secured after sticking it on back of new cell phone case. Ian was efficient is taking care of small request.
