Hello.. You should put my wonderful experience on you books!! I was in Miami in February for a knee replacement. I washed my linens in machine washer.. I couldn’t find my Thinoptics.. searched desperately! I thought they went with the bed linens.. I was very afraid!! I had to wait till the machine stops. What a surprise!!! While taking the clothes out of the washing machine , I saw, at the bottom my glasses in perfect condition! Cannot believe it!!! I love my glasses!!! Sylvia Muncher Lima Peru La Abuel@ feliz❤️

I needed to replace glasses for a broken key chain reader and I was having a hard time figuring out how to use the replacement function / web site. I was really frustrated and Ian joined via chat and not only helped me with the web site, he took over the reorder process for me. On top of that he also gave me a coupon. Truly exceptional customer service by Ian, which made me a ThinOptics customer service for life!

Long time customer. Needed to replace a couple of broken pocket readers (old ones before the redo fixed the nose piece problem). Had trouble figuring out how to use the replacement function. Jake joined via chat and got me straightened out. Also gave me a coupon because I needed to order a new pair of Frontpage readers. Excellent Customer Service by Jake!
