I took advantage of their free international shipping offer and ordered 3 pairs of various types. When the package arrived it was clear that one type (the pod) was empty. I got onto their support site and was able to Chat immediately and explain the problem. A replacement is on the way FOC with no hassle at all.

I love how light and comfortable your computer glasses are. I wish I had bought them sooner. They are so lightweight, and I know they are filtering out blue light because my eyes feel better than before, even after hours spent at the computer. I love your reading glasses too and will always be a fan. ThinOptics is a company that is ahead of the curve and how great this is for people who like to forget they are wearing glasses!
