ThinOpticsReviews of thinoptics.com

I’m very satisfied and I get all my reading glasses from thin optics. Best choice ever.

Have not received further response from my email. Through your chat, requested status update of a refective item I wanted to return. Ian was able to help me.

Angel was helpful and timely in her responses to me. Appreciate her.

I can not imagine anybody leaving a bad review about this product-line or the company itself. I have bought several of these different Thin Optics Models and the quality of the product and service is outstanding. I am writing this today, because Jake from customer service just solved a small issue I was having with my two-year old Brooklyn Readers, and as always, the company is awesome, and Jake is a real pro. Kudos to Thin Optis, and thank you for the great service Jake !

I had my ThinOptic glasses for several years when they broke. I remembered that there was a warranty on them for the life of the glasses but I did not know where the receipt was. I used the chat on the website and the customer service person was able to find my purchase history and arrange to send me a free replacement pair of glasses. The whole process was fast and without any hassles! I was very pleasantly surprised. I use my ThinOptic glasses a lot so I was very happy to get the free replacement.

Jake helpt me very well. thank you Jake. I orderd 5 glasses. Love them

Very helpful, replaced a broken pair of glasses I purchased like 7 years ago. SO I purchased 2 more and they ordered me a discount on those. I love these glasses!!

I have been using thinoptics Glasses for the past two years. I must say the products are of good quality and are very handy to carry with you. They offer light and compact design fits to have your glasses in wallets, keychain, cases and one of my favourites on your mobile phone, its really useful as it ensures you always have the glasses available when required.
