My glasses broke, but they were out of warranty so they gave me a 15% discount on a new pair. Great support-responsive, helpful and polite.

The customer service is simply awesome, friendly helpful people. Sent me a new case for the one I mistakenly ordered and didn’t ever have to return the one I received.
