When I look at 'customer satisfaction', I not only look at how well the product/service meets my needs but, I also look at how the vendor performs when there are issues/problems. I have enjoyed my Thinoptics readers for several years. They meet my needs to not have to always have regular reading glasses when I'm out and about. And, when one of their readers broke, they quickly sent me another pair for $5. Just recently I had a different issue and was considering not buying from them going forward even though I had directed many people to check them out. I reached out to the CEO and he immediately responded. Then, a little later in the day I got a call from one of their specialists. She was able to quickly answer my concern and walked me through getting it resolved. I am now an even stronger advocate of Thinoptics than before.

Add me to the list of dissatisfied customers regarding warranty. I bought two pairs at Walgreens many years ago. I still have the original packaging that says "So Durable Guaranteed for Life" and "FREE Replacement Glasses Forever". As other reviewers have stated, ThinOptics will no longer honor its guaranty. They replaced my first broken pair (broken nose piece) with their "new and improved" design. Well, that nose piece broke after awhile too. Now they telling me they will only replace the glasses once, not for a lifetime. I am not sure how this is ethical or lawful given the original promise. I have loved the product (in addition to the first two pairs I bought at retail, I've purchased a couple phone cases from their online store). However, next time the glasses break, I'll look for other alternatives. Edited - changed review from 2 to 5 stars based on the company promptly reaching out to me with an apology and adequate resolution.

I ordered the wrong product (wanted just the glasses case but ordered the full phone case with integrated glasses case). Rhea sent me the right product right away - appreciate the timely response and the great help

Parabéns thinOptics , na pessoa do Sr.Miguel que sempre me atendeu com o máximo de boa vontade e resolveu todos os problemas que tive até aqui . Just had a positive and very helpful experience with Rhea from ThinOptics. Rhea was professional, courteous and very efficient in resolving my problems - the replacement of broken spectacles. A very positive online chat experience, not very common these days ....
