I purchased a pair of the ThinOptics phone case style. After having and using them for three weeks they worked their way out of the case at some point and were gone. I enjoyed them so much and reached out to the TO Team, who offered to replace them at no charge. Excellent customer service team!

I have been using/depending on these thin-optics for many years, in fact, from the beginning. Fantastic set of extra eyes on my keychain, phone wallet....... Really a cool product

Have had thinoptics for years and lots of friends now swear by them. A pair broke and they are being replaced..fantastic service. Highly recommend to anyone as a great product

We’ve had Thinoptics glasses for years! It’s the best gift I ever gave my partner. He raves and shows them off to everyone. It’s so handy to have them on his phone, I no longer need to keep his reading glasses in my purse ;) Customer service is top notch too! The glasses have broken at times and it’s been super quick to get replacements. Thanks

I ordered two pairs of glasses--one with the adhesive case in black and one without in red. The order arrived but was incorrectly filled--I got a black pair instead of red. I emailed the company and they responded very promptly, apologizing for the error, and promising to ship a new red pair immediately. So 5 star customer service.
