Amazing customer service. I would recommend this company to all my friends. My glasses have broken twice each time, they’ve honored the guarantee and sent me a new pair.

I have the reader glasses named Brooklyn in the tortoiseshell frame. They are so comfortable and so light weight that it’s a pleasure to use them. My only complaint was that one of the screws keeps coming loose. I contacted customer service and they immediately offered me a replacement free of charge. Very rare these days to work with a company that gives such good customer service. I highly recommend purchasing their glasses and dealing with a company that is so good to their customers.

I have been a very happy ThinOptics customer since 2018 and have bought ThinOptics products many times because I love them. They are very easy to use and very practical. Since the size of the products is very small, it is very easy to carry them even in my breastpocket. And if you encounter any sort of problem ThinOptics staff is very helpful and supportive. I highly recommend this valuable company and its very handy products to everybody and I will also use this occasion to congratulate all the team including the ownership and thank them all for the beautiful and extremely handy products.

Purchased my 1st pair back in 2017. Absolutely love them for their handiness, ease of use and compactness to say nothing of their quality. The ease and professional nature of sales personnel rounds off an overall positive purchase experience.
