No returns allowed…. While the products were not damaged upon arrival they look and feel very cheap, not what I expected. If I were confident in my product, returns would be allowed for those not happy with the product in person.

Thanks ThinkOlives for all the purchase. Really quick to come, product are good and good quality. I recommand the website and the producs :)

This company does not allow returns unless the item is damaged or lost in the mail. I’m very disappointed by the quality of this bag. It does not feel like a $60 bag.

Still have not received my purchase after 17 days

Have not received the bag I purchased after a month, The tracking number provided indicates product was not even shipped. I requested a refund twice. They are unresponsive.

Jeg fik hvad jeg bestilte og kvaliteten var fin. Jeg fik et trackingnummer, så jeg kunne følge pakken, så det var okay.

The item I purchased was a Christmas present. Luckily it arrived in time. However the cross body bag, although quite nice, was larger than expected. I was quite surprised to read on the website that no returns are allowed unless the item is defective. I think that is quite harsh! The bag was not inexpensive and if it won’t be used it’s a terrible waste.
