I stupidly purchased via Instagram before researching the company. They don’t allow returns. The bags wreak of chemicals and the quality is super cheap. Doesn’t look like the pics at all. They don’t allow returns, “due to the pandemic”. BS. And yes, ships right from China. Very mad at myself for not researching.

DONT BUY THIS BRAND! ITS SCAMS! I really regrets not investing to research about this brand before i purchased. This totaly SCAMS! The quality of the bag was poor and look cheap materials. i paid for £58 for ugly bag. When i asking for return/refund and i give the proof of the bad quality of their bag they’re ignoring me. I was notice when i received notification email about the shipping, it came from a city in China. Btw u can found their bags in Aliexpress, the one that i purchased only cost £10 exactly same.

Ugh, I've been scammed! Ordered a bag billed as "vegan leather" and got a cheap plastic imitation that stinks of chemicals. I posted a review on their site and guess what: they haven't displayed it and there's no way to see anything other than "5 star" reviews. Don't be fooled, don't buy!

Absolute trash of a bag. Looks nothing like the photo, its like a joke. Obviously no refunds allowed since they must know how horrible the quality is. DO NOT buy it.

Complete scam. They upcharged customers for a product that is literally trash. This is a classic case of fraud and false advertising. DO NOT BUY!! The bags probably cost them 2 cents to make (and feel like it too). I when a retailer sets a price, it should reflect the quality of the item. This brand is a total scam.
