Everything is very well, response time to people having issues with background check is sometime slow though..

Great roll out of products and marketing help. I am awaiting the expansion into Virginia to compete with Dominion Power along with the growth of Community Solar.

Very simple sign up process. No disconnection or fees. We rent our home so going Solar isn’t an option yet for us. In our first month we saved $70 by switching to Think Energy we absolutely love it and we’re working on referring the Free energy club too because why not?! 🤩

Thank you for your review Christopher! Community solar actually is available for renters, however it is not currently available in New Hampshire. Stay tuned because this will be coming!

the marketing materials we are allowed to use are pathetic, the community solar video just released the graphics appear like they were taken from a coloring book for 6 year olds. We are marketing energy products, and would like to see marketing materials that are electrifying and energizing!

Your rates are extremely high compared to National Grid in Western New York. Impossible to sign up customers.
