I've not used them for very long however it seems like my energy usage went up an extreme amount without me changing anything up, in fact I've actually been unplugging nearly everything in my apartment. My old company I was with told me I used about 930kw last month and somehow only a week into Think energy I've used nearly 410kw with no explanation. The customer support isn't helpful either with little to no explanation or helpful info to help me figure out the issue...they use ai or if it's a real person the real person is copy and pasting seemingly ai generated responses which I find ridiculous.

The change of electricity supplier was made so simple by using Think Energy. Plus they saved me money by switching.

I signed up for AutoSave and I have been saving 5% almost ever since. The Home Battery Program coming soon is really cool, and I know a bunch of people saving with Community Solar.

It's so simple. No need to keep track of a contract expiry date (there IS none). The rate I pay is always less than my utility when my power comes from Think Energy (Think Home Solutions). Just plain simple, everlasting savings.

My Representative who assisted me made my experience happen and Ciera is very consistent and she knew the answers to all of my questions and believes in what she is putting into the atmosphere I appreciate and love the honesty and I signed up!!!!!

Easy to sign up. My rate started out great but recently the rate went down and I was able to get the lower rate for just $29.95. Absolutely amazing! I’m also experiencing the benefits of connecting my smart thermostat.

Their customer service is very professional. And the Vision of the company to help customers save Billions of dollars are so Awesome, especially when Energy Prices are rising like crazy!
