I sent an inquiry on a Sunday night and Darci responded within the hour--that counts as above and beyond in my book! Her advice info was very clear and helpful. She followed up on Monday, unsolicited, with additional helpful info. Much appreciated!

The table is a 5 star quality. However the window for it to be delivered has alot to be desired. I had to wait 5hrs and 45 minutes for the delivery. So when odering be remindful of this because it can be frustrating. Also the communication from the delivery company needs to be improved.

Quality product and EXCELLANT customer service (personal, responsive). By far better than the other online furniture cos. that I dealt with. You get to deal with a real person with knowledge of the product line and with knowledge of your order from start to finish, not a call center. FIVE STARS to the co. and to Darci.

Your website was very user-friendly and you have a very nice product line. I would definitely refer you to family and friends. Keep up the good work.

It was very easy to talk to someone when we had questions. The table was ready when expected. The delivery guys were great. Most importantly, the table is beautiful. 96" Meredith table in Autumn, sandblasted. The quality is much better than the tables we thought about buying from retail stores - and a better price!

Darcy Bellamy was absolutely amazing. Her patience with us as we walked through the process, explaining the variations in product and guiding us to our table was outstanding. We are very thankful to have someone like Darcy to help us.
