Ordered ring relief and the Company shipped the next day. Shipped by USPS First Class package and took 8 days from RI to PA. Just started using the product, so I have no review for the intended use.

I placed my order on November 27th and today is December 17th and I have still not received my products!

We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with your experience. The post office is experiencing unusually slow processing at this time. Your order was placed on Friday, 11/27 and shipped from our facility on Monday, 11/30. USPS tracking shows it has arrived to a USPS Regional Facility in your state on 12/17. You should be receiving it within the next day or two. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Writing about BLUR! Going crazy TRYING to find this product.. There is NO other eye drops that work like BLUR! Finally found them and the company people were sooooo good to me , customer service 5 stars! Thanks BJT

You may be experiencing a homeopathic occurrence known as “healing aggravation.” Sometimes your symptoms will become worse before improving. This is actually a positive sign, as it indicates the active ingredients have started to work. If healing aggravation occurs, we recommend stopping use of the product until your symptoms have subsided. Once you’re feeling better, you may continue using Ring Relief® and you’re on the way to positive results. Homeopathy works gently and safely with your body over time. Most customers don't begin to notice an improvement in their symptoms until they've been using the product for 2-3 weeks.
