The otter sounds more like snoring and you can hear the mechanism wurring disappointed as found the same otter at same price at smyths toys tore and this has buttons for breathing, light heartbeat music

Not saying these products don't work, just saying they didn't work for me. I've had a severe ringing in my ears since being vaccinated, then catching covid 5 months later. Went to two doctors, and they didn't help. So I was trying for a long shot with these products, but to no avail.
