Good products and fast shipping. I buying eye products for my mama. She lives in another country and can't get it. It's not the first time I ordering. She said this eye product was amazing. Work fast.

My main issue ordering was there was no acknowledgement or message or email saying when to expect my order. This survey was the first indication the order went through.

Hi Sheryl, Thanks for your feedback. If you included your email in your purchase info then you should have received an automated confirmation email shortly after you placed your order. Once your order was processed you should have received another email that includes a tracking # for your package. If your order was placed over the weekend it will not be processed until Monday morning. We recommend checking the spam / promotions folder in your email server as it may have gone there. Please contact our customer service team at 1-888-969-6855 if you have additional issues!
