I paid $499 in May 2025 for a service that guaranteed 15 seller leads. As of November 24th, 2025, I have not received one lead. I was assigned a project manager named “John,” who has ignored all calls and made no attempt to return communication. The company also refused to honor their money-back guarantee. Desired Resolution: A full refund of $499, as stated in their guarantee. I also request that this business be reviewed for failure to deliver services as advertised.
