When I went to order price jumped up by $10.00. So beware if you are buying from this site.

Terrible service from start orderd the balm and automatically the website trucks you into ordering two more balms I contacted the team at thermawolf and told them of the issue of paying 140 dollars for three balms and that was one hour after the order and they said it's already been packaged and sent what a load of lies it took 5 weeks to get here and it's a crap balm does jot work. Be careful they are scammers.

Hello there, We’re truly sorry to hear the balm didn’t provide the results you were hoping for. We understand every body is different, and not every product works the same for everyone. We also want to assure you that our website is completely transparent, every customer is clearly given the option to add or decline additional products during checkout, and nothing is included without your knowledge and consent. As for the shipping, indeed, our system is partially automated to ensure quick dispatch, so we cannot intervene once an order has shipped. That said, we’re eager to review your case, but we weren’t able to locate an order with the details provided in your review. We’ve sent a separate request for more information, please check your email so we can assist further. Keep in touch, Jaclyn from Therawolf
