Kiara knew exactly how to help me with my PCI renewal and did the whole thing for me and then she caught that I was charged a fee when I wasn't supposed to be charged and she got it reversed. Very conscientious and helpful!!

I’ve been with TherapyNotes for over 10 years, and I honestly can’t imagine using anything else. Their customer service is always on point with real people to always answer the phone, who actually care and know what they're talking about. They listen to feedback, make thoughtful updates all the time, and the platform just keeps getting better. It’s super user-friendly and makes running my practice so much smoother. TherapyNotes has earned my loyalty for the long run!

Love that you are 24/7 and 1st time I called about my question, it was confusing but I called again and voila, solved. Also, love you can leave a phone number and then get a call back. Also, great you email back the answer to the question so I have for further reference when it comes up again. All great!

I am in a 30 day Trial period, but already I have had multiple touch points with the service team on minor questions I have encountered and they are Very responsive and able to answer my questions. I just completed the import of my current active patient list into the system - and that process worked very well. I had a specific support person working on the import and after a few tries - we got it to work. It was nice that he was dedicated to that component
