After a year of using TherapyNotes I can say that it is extraordinary in every sense. Easy to use, all the functions I need, excellent customer service and continually improved. I am a sole practitioner with basic computer skills.

Our youth service bureau just started using TherapyNotes and we are thrilled with it as our EMR solution. We train interns at our site, and TherapyNotes provides us with a simple, industry-standard set of mental health forms and procedures that ensure all our clinicians are documenting care in a competent and HIPAA-compliant way. The intuitive interface makes it easy to train new people (which I'm doing regularly). I am thrilled with the supervisor oversight set up, which requires me to review/sign all notes before they become part of the client's record. The integration of notes, schedule and payment and the automatically generated "to do" list helps us ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This is an elegant, clean, intuitive and robust tool that has already made my job easier.

Everything you need to run a single-provider or larger practice. I've used Therapynotes for a few years and absolutely love it. They keep up to date with changing insurance regulations and are extremely responsive to suggestions and customer support when you need it.

By making the process more streamlined, you can write better notes and treatment plans, which in turn will help you focus more on your client. I highly recommend it for any therapist or clinical practice. We use it for our training clinic at my university. When a student writes a note, it automatically shows up in the to-do list for the supervisor for their review and sign off. With 24 students and 4 supervisors, I do not know how we would function without it.

I can't say enough about how much I 'love" this EHR! I have used multiple other EHR's from state agencies to private agencies and this one works great. My customers love the patient text reminders, billing is easy to setup and doing notes is a breeze! Highly recommend this software.

Subscribing to TherapyNotes is the best thing I could have done to help me keep track of scheduling, billing, and client notes. I can't forget anything! TherapyNotes provides reminders for just about everything a busy therapist could forget: treatment plan updates, notes that need to be written, notes that were written but not billed, and more. The automated appointment reminders save me hours each week and the reminders are very professional. Clients have commented and have even sent me copies so I could see what the client received. I have been using TherapyNotes for about 18 months and could not run my practice without this wonderful office tool.

For a sole practitioner I have found TherapyNotes to be the ideal tool to help me manage the business end of my work so that I can focus on my clients. Scheduling, free email reminders for client appointments, billing (saving me money and allowing me to keep track of things myself versus hiring a billing person), thorough yet simple record options, HIPAA compliance, and awesome system support have made it well worth the minimal monthly cost. I have found the support staff receptive to inquiries and suggestions. The best tool I stumbled across when setting up my practice!
