This program is the best. It keeps me organized, I love the "to do" list it reminds me of all the things I still need to do. It is easy to create billing slips for insurance and gives the option to send bills in electronically. It prints reports and keeps track of my schedule.

Therapy Notes is great. I do not use the billing portion but I rely on the treatment plans, intakes, and other notes. It also keeps my schedule and and provides an accurate source regarding patient information, i.e. addresses, phone numbers. . It is easy to use, and when some party needs my notes I can just push a couple of keys, print them out, and send them off. There is no worry It motivated me to do regular documentation which I know many therapist do not even do. It seems like it is very secure, and the support service is friendly and effective. It is also not that expensive, but whatever it costs is worth it.

I have been in private practice as a solo clinician for the past 15 years and a clinician for almost 25 total. I have always maintained paper files/notes and manual billing/printing/mailing... I am NOT tech savvy at all, but two months ago I bought myself an Ipad Pro and signed up for TherapyNotes in hopes of making my paperwork life easier... I thought it would take me a long time to learn and make the transition, but after just two months I feel 100% comfortable with the program and it has improved my efficiency and taken the stress out of the paperwork/billing for me. I used to have a pile of work at the end of the week, but now... I never do! It is wonderful! I highly recommend this!!!

TherapyNotes is fantastic. You can use it to schedule, document and bill all your services. The system generates reminders for you to do your documentation, sends reminder appointments to families about your sessions, and cues you to complete compliant documentation. They have all the updated CPT and DSM codes built in. It's a time saver and provides great functionality. Best of all, you can do your billing directly through the system and generate invoices for families.

TherapyNotes has been VERY user friendly. I have had a couple of questions, both of which were answered quickly and efficiently by calling their customer service number. Everything has had easy to follow instructions! I love how easy it was to sign up to accept different insurances and it took very little time to be approved, which was a surprise as I have heard of others who have waited a month or more for their approvals. I strongly recommend TherapyNotes!

Therapy Notes is the most Outstanding clinical documentation & billing software system I have ever used. It's "Ease of Use" is exceptional. But during times it may be difficult to solve your problem on your own, TN has a Rapid Customer Service Response Time (typically 24 or less via email), in addition to a vast array of Tutorials to access that are clearly written and easy to follow on just about every topic imaginable. I love having access to a knowledge-based library this comprehensive that I can utilize at times I need to look up a quick procedure I had forgotten or for when I need an answer quicker than it may take for TN to respond (NOTE: I'm referring to an email response!) You do have the option of calling the TN support team and receiving instant customer service from a friendly, patient TN support representative. One thing I love is that in the 4-5 short months I've been using TN, I've had to contact Support for a number of matters, as I am a new, first time practice owner. It's very comforting to be greeted by or responded to by the same set of people on staff to assist me. The consistent low turn over rate says a lot about the management of a company and the staff at TN genuinely make me feel as if they're getting to know me and my company/account personally. Some of the actual features that has made my job easier by switching to Therapy Notes is their multiple drop down menu features for Clinical Interventions, or the History drop down tap, which you can click on during a session with your Client to instantly review their status from their last session. Scheduling is a breeze, Billing is effortless and the Patient Portal is exceptional. The features are endless and I can't rave about it enough. Not to mention, they take ALL suggestions for improvement into consideration and actually respond to those requests with gratitude while providing you feedback on your request. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SIMPLE, YET THOROUGH AND COMPREHENSIVE SYSTEM DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR THE MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSION, THEN THERAPY NOTES IS THE ONE TO CHOOSE. HANDS DOWN, IT HAS MADE MY JOB SIMPLER AND HAS FREED UP VALUABLE TIME IN MY LIFE THAT I CAN NOW ALLOCATE TO MY FAMILY OR OTHER AREAS OF INTEREST. STOP RESEARCHING NOW! An excellent practice management app. I have been using this in my private practice for months and it is much more intuitive and seamless than any other system I have used my 2 previous practices. TherapyNotes consistently pushes updates for issues that arise in the software as well as overall site improvement. The billing is much less complicated than other systems. Intakes, treatment plans, an therapy progress notes are all intuitive with easy prompts. All notes may be easily accessed after upload to the secure cloud. The system is extremely helpful with the all new ICD-10 codes as well. There are too many features to note everything about TherapyNotes, not to mention the outstanding customer service and technical support. I highly recommend!
