Quick to help and perpetually friendly. I value TherapyNotes for their product, but it's important to say that their customer service never disappoints!

I have used TherapyNotes for managing my files and billing in my private practice. Whenever I run into difficulties they are incredibly helpful. I am always pleased with the service I receive. I do not know how to run a practice without them.

I've been using TherapyNotes for two years and continue to be impressed by their customer service! Every time I call they are helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The TN system keeps evolving, and I appreciate the ease of their system, the tutorials, and everything they do to go the extra mile. I'd definitely recommend for private practitioners!

a positive experience Sue C was very patient when I attempted to explain my "muddle" in sorting out what I will need from Therapy notes. She certainly set the tone of the experience for me in future calls - the vast options feel overwhelming and she stayed with me with listening, clarifying and following up with helpful information. She certainly made all the difference!
