No matter when I call or who I speak to the customer service rep is always helpful. They will always explain what you have questions about and give you great direction. I always leave the call feeling a bit more knowledgeable and confident.

I had been having weird technological issues with the TherapyNotes video platform. I reached out for help, and got paired with Ryan P. Ryan was patient, an excellent listener, and helped problem solve the glitches I was experiencing. He also got his colleagues involved due to the weirdness of my technology issue and I heard back almost immediately from a supervisor who also wants to work on the problem. Great customer service!

Customer support is great. They really work on problem-solving. If there is not an answer, they would offer it to the development team to work on. I feel they listen.

When I read that customer service reps at TherapyNotes are called "customer SUCCESS representatives," I thought, "Okay... let's see!" I am pleased and delighted to share that these people are, indeed, dedicated to customer success. The software itself is incredibly intuitive. I've been "doing" psychotherapy for 20 years now, and this is the first software I've encountered that is User Friendly. When I called looking for assistance with the billing aspect of the software, the representative (hat tip to Nicole!) not only knew her software, but also the requirements for getting information to/from other agencies. This product EXCEEDS my expectations. Looking forward to a long, healthy relationship with them.
