Despite my many, many questions, I was treated with respect and dignity. I was impressed with D'Anna E.'s incredible patience and professionalism. She is a definite asset for therapy notes and she helped resolve issues that I could not. Lol

The support I received was phenomenal! The agent knows the system inside and out and patiently walked me through a complicated issue. Other EHRs only communicate through emails and take more time to resolve issues. This experience is why I appreciate Therapy Notes.

TherapyNotes came highly recommended by several other counselors, and my experience has exceeded my expectations. I was transitioning from another EHR, and their team made the process incredibly smooth by providing step-by-step instructions for exporting my data, uploading my client list for me, and offering guidance throughout the setup process. I had previously used TherapyNotes while working in a group practice, so I already knew they provided excellent customer service. I’ve tried numerous EHRs. This has been the most responsive customer service team, easiest EHR to use, and documentation compliant software I’ve ever used (and I’ve tried A LOT). I could have saved my past self so much time and energy had I know about TherapyNotes before. The support may be my favorite part. I’ve gotten great help when I’ve called in the past, but today, I emailed and was surprised to find that I was helped just as quickly as if I had called. That is priceless. You live and learn.

TherapyNotes has been supportive 100% all the way in starting my private practice. They are available 24 hours a day and are able to guide me through billing, ERA's and staying up to date with treatment plans. They are highly competent as well as courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone starting their MH practice!
