I find the customer support at TherapyNotes to be the best of any company anywhere. They ALWAYS reach right back out, answer their phones and know the answers to questions. Jules recently handled the PCI questionnaire quickly and efficiently.

I left a voice mail after hours and received both a personal voice mail as well as a personal email response first thing the next morning, from a live person. I had to call to inquire about my merchant services account and ordering a secure credit card machine. Faith, the person aiding me, was incredibly helpful, conscientious, and friendly. My inquiry was also handled with remarkable speed. I contacted tech support today for assistance with uploading documents to a clients record that I was having problems with. Breanna walked me through the process successfully and I went on to correct the same issue within another record. As always, each time I have connected with tech support with Therapy Notes staff have been incredibly helpful and understanding.
