We are so sorry the replacement piece that our craftsman sent did not solve your problem. Generally, replacement packages include everything you need to swap out the broken part(s). This replacement process takes about 2 minutes to do, even for someone without experience. If you did not get all the pieces needed, or if we can continue to assist in any way, please contact us at [email protected], or by phone at 1-800-279-3845 (9 a.m.- 5 p.m est, Monday through Friday). We do hope we can turn this around for you!
