Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this experience has caused, especially since the order was intended as a birthday gift. Your order was shipped under our standard 3–5 business day delivery policy. Unfortunately, USPS experienced a delay, and despite our continuous efforts to follow up with the carrier, we were informed that the original package was lost. To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we promptly reshipped your order. According to the updated USPS tracking information, the replacement package has now been delivered: https://tools.usps.com/tracking/9239590376150435416644 Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by USPS, and we cannot directly control its transit or scanning updates. However, we take these situations seriously and do our best to assist our customers and resolve shipping issues. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding your order or refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] so we can review your case and assist you further. Thank you for your patience, and again, we apologize for the inconvenience. The Perfume Shop USA
