Undisclosed duty tax
Update (2/4/2026) - thepatchio.com has paid the duty tax invoice that I was sent. They made the situation right. They say they will inform future customers upfront about potential duty taxes. The actual patches were well-made and looked great. _________________________________________________________ Beware that IF your custom patch order is manufactured in "Asia" (Pakistan)(They also manufacture in the US), then you, the end customer, may receive a DUTY TAX BILL from FedEx. Thepatchio.com did not disclose this to me. They had plenty of chances during the design/quote/order process with the many emails back and forth.
