While I haven’t received my order yet, from the fast customer support services they were able to provide, I was convinced to have faith in them and wait for them to restock and deliver my order.

All my orders have been on time everything came in great condition, these playing cards are exceptional, I was once a pressman these pressman that print these cards must be super heroes themselves, that work is not easy for sure, quality printing, quality card stock, all of it is an art in itself, I would recommend these decks to any one! Monarchs, Artisans, Citizens or any other.

This was my first time ordering from theory11 but I was amazed by their Game of Thrones card deck. Unfortunately, USPS had issues delivering my package so I reached out to theory11 customer service and I was blown away by their helpfulness and their willingness to rectify an issue that they did cause. Mandy was so kind and quick to respond to my emails, and I’m really looking forward to playing with my deck of cards soon. They have made a loyal customer out of me!

Unfortunately, my daughter purchased some playing cards that had a few off cuts. I contacted the company and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. A replacement set was sent without any hesitation. The customer service representative was very courteous and helpful.
