Customer service is always helpful and polite. The products are safely packaged and order tracking is great for the peace of mind! Never had any problems with orders or products.

They are always quick to respond and resolve any issues! Can't say enough good things about their customer support!

It's nice to feel valued as a customer. Even though my issue really had nothing to do with anything I or theory11 are doing, Mandy made me feel valued as a customer and listened to as a person. Thank you for taking my concerns seriously, and addressing them quickly and letting me know about the follow through.

I had a great experience with Theory11’s customer support. They were extremely responsive over email and helped resolve my concerns about merging my accounts quickly and clearly. Now that I have access to all the instructional videos for the magic products I’ve purchased, I’m reminded of just how high‑quality their teaching platform really is. Thoughtful explanations, great production value, and genuinely useful guidance. Thank you, Theory11!

High quality of playing cards, and puzzles. I learned about Theory11 after playing Box One, the Neil Patrick Harris escape room game. I have ordered from them 3 times. They ship quickly and I have never received an incorrect order. The quality of their items is fantastic. I typically do White Mountain or Ravensburger puzzles because they tend to be high quality, Theory11 puzzles beat both by a mile. Thick pieces, clean edges, spectacular graphics, and everything is presented in a beautiful way. I even e-mailed them about a suggested puzzle theme I would like to see and they responded enthusiastically.

I made a suggestion to have an Avatar puzzle. Customer service responded very quickly and said they’d pass it to their team. I was very happy to hear that and will immediately purchase if they do make one. These are my favorite movie puzzles.

Theory11 has been incredibly accommodating and pleasant to work with. They’ve been patient and helpful as we navigate setting me up with their products, making the whole process smooth and stress-free as we work together. I’d definitely recommend them.

We lost a piece to a puzzle and figured we would shoot our shot and email the company to see if there was a (rare) chance that we could get a replacement piece. They were super helpful in explaining the puzzle making process and offered helpful solutions. Their responses were quick and kind. We loved their puzzles before, but after this experience it made us want to buy even more puzzles from them! We can’t wait
