I love the Ocean Gallery. I have been coming to Saint Augustine for 30 years, and staying at the Ocean Gallery for 25 of them. Great accommodations, beautiful grounds and helpful staff. I think the only weak link is your website. It’s good, but it could be much better.

Thank you for your kind words and positive review. We appreciate your feedback and will address it to make your experience even better.
It has been a while since we’ve been here but we love it so much and we will keep coming back. Everyone is so nice and the property is kept up very well and it’s so close to the beach! Great location!

We appreciate your kind words and great review. We are awaiting you in beautiful Ocean Gallery. Thank you for return business.
The staff and amenities of the property are great. We will be coming again in Jan for 3 months. We were a little disappointed with the sofa, in particular, with our unit last year. It was a gold unit and expectation would be to have more comfortable area to sit. This is especially true when you stay for an extended time. The staff was helpful in accommodating us on getting another unit in the same general area.

Love the Ocean Gallery. We’ve gone there annually for many years. It’s by far, the best resort in the area.

Thank you for a high rating and super positive review. We LOVE to hear that you return year after year, that is what makes Ocean Gallery the best spot! See you soon!
Have had good experiences but have also had some issues with conditions in the units, ( ants, broken shower glass, noise ) Overall we like the facility management is friendly and helpful. I would like to see management honor discounts or specials that come up after you book your reservation but before you arrive.
