great customer service - our filter was showing in stock. found it after we ordered was not in stock. they made the return/cancellation very easy.

Ordered the parts i needed they came on a few days.

The part I ordered was the correct part and has fixed the problem so far. But, I paid for second day air delivery and did not receive that delivery. I have asked for a refund of the charge for second day air since that’s not the delivery I received and I have not been notified of a refund!!

Very pleased with the speed of shipping and product quality.

The item that I ordered consisted of a total of 4 part numbers. Of the 4, only 3 were delivered. I did not receive part number#627713.

I got the right parts quick

Ordered from The Norcold Guy on August 22, 2019 I have left voice messages and sent emails with no response as to the status of my order which still says waiting shipment. My credit card has been charged. I am very unsatisfied with the lack of communication.
