Ordered R306R3 Norcold. It showed up 10/3/22, delivered by Diamond freight. No signs of damage, nice delivery guy. Installed and was operational about 2 hours later. No problems, thumbs up.

The shipping etc was fine. The problem is if there is any issue, they will not return any forms of contact. Tried multiple emails and multiple phone calls to nothing. After my review they contacted me and it sounds like they are pretty busy so it got lost in their mix. Brian advised that using the contact form instead of the email address on the website is more reliable. Asked me to try a disconnecting the thermostat to try to troubleshoot further. Upping the rating some to a more fair level.

Delivered within time frame promised. Always answered the phone when called. No quick response to emails.

Received parts 2 day air. All parts were correct. After Installing and testing the refrigerator is working perfectly. Lots of great information on the website easy to order parts based on model number. Thank you!

5 stars for the delivery of the lamp bracket I ordered. 1 star for the inability to order the plastic lamp lens which is shown as #3, but not circled, in the same schematic on your website.
