Have tried contacting by phone and email to see where part was shipped no response. Billing address shows as ship address but that was not where I wanted it shipped to. Grr

this is the second circuit card i purchased the first one is still working great i purchase this one to have a spare so when i am on the road and the circuit card fails or i short it out again i have a good spare. the service was great and i had the circuit card in 4 days that was pretty fast to me. i use the Norcold guy for all my Norcold refrigerator parts.

Nice and easy! So happy for the new door shelf in my Norcold refer. It took 5 minutes to find and got here in 3 days. Its exactly the right shelf! Thanks Norcold Guy! The only wrinkle was recognizing the shipment cause it came from an auto supply store, it didn't say "The Norcold Guy"...

Poor customer service. Company phone number with no answer or call back. Left messages. Ac part was 3 months on backorder. Needed cancelled. Credit card was charged. Company would not send return label. They also had a 15% restocking fee. AC part was needed during Arizona summer. Not in the fall season.

I haven’t received update and have not received item?? Frustrated at the moment.
