The pricing was very fair and actually significantly more affordable than virtually every other quote that I received for the new refrigerator. A noteworthy bonus was the fact that the shipping was included in the price. Delivery was quick and professional. Very pleased.

Found the right part with fast delivery Unfortunately my frig was beyond repair so I’m going to be able to use the parts ordered. I will be reaching out for return policy

Great to hear, Brenda!
If an item is unavailable or not in stock, setup your system so the part is unavailable for purchase. This would prevent having to go through a refund process. This would apply to purchases being shipped to another country. Make customer aware that you do not ship parts to Canada from the US.

If a part is unavailable for purchase, we do not let you order it. For some larger items that have to go across the border, unfortunately a freight forward needs to get involved. Sorry for the poor experience.
It’s hard to write a review since I haven’t yet received the part that I ordered almost three weeks ago

Eric, sorry for the early message here on a review. It's just an auto populated message. I checked and your order is in the queue, no issues.
I really need these parts and later got email explaining ( waiting shipment ) which really meant they were back ordered 5-6 weeks. You charged me $47.00 for a burner tube that I bought yesterday from Amazon and will be here today. Oh yes, I paid $15.00 for the same tube ! Going to be hunting for 2 weeks and really need fridge and can't wait 5-6 weeks.

Sorry about the delay there, David. We can't speed that process up but as for price, there are aftermarket companies coming into the mix for some of these component parts. Glad you got it fixed!
I needed a part for our camper fridge, I wasn't sure which one and the customer service person suggested a different part and it was the one I needed.
