Very friendly staff, super reasonable pricing and with a huge selection of packages and options to suit almost everyone's needs. No pressure tactics or tricks to upsell you. I would recommend without a reservation. We recently purchased a house that had an existing good but a bit antiquated system. The TMC team helped us upgrade our system and add on to it for a reasonable price. Found them after doing a fair bit of searching around. I liked that they did not push me to throw away what I had already. We once triggered the alarm by accident and the centre called us within a second. Very happy with the whole experience.

Recently moved to a new location. Adam came and was very knowledgeable. He installed and programed our alarm system with over 20 zones. He taught me how to use the system. The monitoring center is amazing. From the installation and call center agents, you guys are awesome.

I needed to upgrade my alarm system and decided to search for the alarm company with good reputation. I chose TMC and they have not failed me. First, the sales manager was very helpful and answered large number of my questions, and provided me a reasonable quote. Then, they sent a technician, Hose who was extremely thorough, helpful (answered a lot of questions) and flawlessly installed the system. Once it was done I could control the alarm system from the panel or the app on my phone. One more time, I had various questions, which TMC stuff answered quickly and very satisfactory. Finally, I tried to trigger the alarm and TMC called me immediately, checked my credentials and again answered my questions. Highly recommend.

Just received a letter by post notifying that the monthly TMC installments will be moved from $9.99 to $12.99 per month beginning August 1, 2021. The increase in cost is significant for senior citizens on limited income. When signed up with TMC years ago, we were advised the fee would remain at $9.99 per month for our elderly father, in order to keep it affordable for him. A 30% increase? Wow! Very disappointed.
