Don't use this company if you need a reliable alarm and any type of service. i should've known from the get go that this company was a mistake to switch to. the installer was incompetent and couldn't connect existing contacts to the system and opted to charge me extra for wireless contacts. after a year of service i started having trouble with the alarm. service is 3 weeks out!!!! when i asked what my business is supposed to do without an alarm for 3 weeks there was just silence!

Well, I don't know much about what to say. I have to wait and see. Maybe in future I will know better. So far everything is okay. The Tech Person was very good and spoke with confidence. He did great and amazing job with good experience.

Ron was my technician and helped me determine the best locations for my contacts and sensors. He walked me through how the technology works and was very patient in getting me through the the installation process. I'm so glad that I elected to go with TMC as my provider. The equipment is easy to use and I also love the app. Very easy to navigate.
