TheMinecraftHostingReviews of theminecrafthosting.com

Absolute garbage website, their customer service is very bad, i do not reccomend using this website. You cant delete your bank information from the web and you cant stop paying the service you acquired by yourself, you need to contact them and they give you 0 help. Ive been trying to stop my service for 3 months and they still charging me the money. ITS A SCAM.

I've been playing Minecraft for years, and finding a reliable hosting service has always been a challenge---until now. This Minecraft hosting company has been a gamechanger for me and my friends. The server perfomance is top-notch with zero lag, even during peak hours. the setup process was a breeze, and their support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Weather you're casual player or a hardcore gamer, this hosting services offers everything you need to have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Higly Recommended!

I was charged 2 months worth of service after cancelation and they still didn't issue a refund.

It's good if you want a laggy server with 5 people online. I used this hosting 1 year ago and the servers were not bad, but a week later nodes went down and were never fixed. I decided to buy a VPS from them so I wouldn't have to care about the panel's uglyness and those things, but it turns out that they scammed me. The VPS wasn't working and they offered me a dedicated server with more ram at the same price which is better but when I accepted the offer, they said they would expect to have it working in a few days, but weeks went on until I had the monthly fee, I canceled everything and said goodbye. As I'm writing this in 2024, a year went on, and if they're better now I might give them another chance, and I doubt if they're better now. (probably not, we'll see)

Absolutely stellar service from TheMinecraftHosting company! Their servers are very fast, and their customer support is top-notch. Highly recommend.

The assistance I received was remarkably swift, and my issue was swiftly resolved within just 20 minutes of making contact. Outstanding work, team!
