Now, I've been using TheMinecraftHosting for a far bit to have Minecraft Servers on and off. Recently I purchased a server on the 4th of September as much as it hurts me to say this but the support I had wasn't really the best I got left out of the loop after x amount of messages (I understand they are trying to fix a problem but I needed to know that the company didn't just run away with my money) Unfortunately was not getting anywhere after running around for about nearly 3 weeks I was finally able to get this sorted. The reason I have still given this review a high rating is because 1 you just won't find hosting anywhere as cheap as TheMinecraftHosting 2 as a programmer and IT tech support myself I do know that sometimes you will encounter errors that you or no one has ever seen before

A ver, les explico para toda esa gente que tuvo problemas o con el soporte con el rendimiento, etc, lo primero es que si van a coger un server para la 1.16.5 mínimo 2gb (suele aplicar de 1.14 hacia adelante) esto considerando que no vamos a tener más de 10 jugadores y lo segundo es que evidentemente no te van a atender si pones: el server me va mal por que me pone tal error, no, tienes que poner BIEN redactado con los logs del crasheo o sino mostrando la consola, así ni te pueden ayudar

En general muy bien. Si que es verdad que a veces hay un inexplicable lag aún teniendo buen servidor contratado pero no es gran problema. El soporte es muy mejorable, la verdad es que tardan mucho en contestar y aún encima generalmente tardan en solucionarte el problema, pero todo lo que es en cuanto a servidores, hasta ahora, ningún problema, todo perfectamente.

Va excelente, tengo el plan de 4 gb de ram, somos 10 jugadores, en la versión 1.16.3, es survival, y no ha tenido problemas, eso si, en el segundo día del servidor, empezó a ir horrible, a veces el mapa no cargaba, pero el siguiente día, no ha tenido problemas, por eso le doy 4 estrellas, soy de latinoamerica, y uso el plan de estados unidos, pero no he tenido problemas de conexión, va bastante bien, uso paper.

Great server stability. Easy to use with files. Support is a bit wonky but they will help! Pricing is not so expensive so that's a plus point.

El server va bastante bien pero llevo ya 20 dias y me gustaria cerrarlo y no tener que pagar el siguiente mes, alguien sabee como?
