I’m really sorry to hear how frustrated this experience has been — and I completely understand why. A machine at this price point should always arrive complete and ready to assemble, and you shouldn’t have had to chase down missing hardware. I also want to assure you that throughout this process, we’ve genuinely tried our best to respond quickly and get you a solution as fast as possible. As soon as you raised the issue, we engaged the supplier, confirmed the missing components, and offered a same-day refund so you wouldn’t be stuck waiting months for standard bolts. That said, it’s clear that the situation still caused you inconvenience, and for that, I sincerely apologize. We’ve already escalated your feedback directly to the manufacturer and asked them to tighten their quality control checks so that this doesn’t happen again to you or any other customer. At The Maker's Chest, we take these issues seriously, and we always want to do right by our customers, even in situations where the supplier falls short. I completely respect your decision, but I do hope we can earn back your trust over time. If there is anything further we can do to make this right, please feel free to let me know — I’m here to help.
