Ling has been wonderful - super efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. The turnaround time in responding has been exceptional - even late at night and over weekends - and when Ling was unavailable his colleague Chloe stepped in seamlessly to assist, both of them being proactive and ensuring every question was answered. I have locked in our accommodation at AYA Niseko for January 2019 and have now been handed over to the concierge team, who appear to be maintaining that same high professional standard and have provided me with all kinds of information in a user-friendly format. Very impressive.

Ling from the company provides excellent services and responses quickly. She also follow up very well throughout the whole process. They have provided several good accommodation option for my next visit to Niseko. I would recommend to book with The Luxe Nomad :)

We have not yet gone on our trip but from the moment I enquired about a Villa from the Luxe Nomad site to confirming my booking, the Nomad Travel Curator, Chloe, has been very helpful and responsive. Super fast responses with the booking team, i tried to get comparable quotes from other companies, but these guys were just so fast to answer all my questions efficiently & promptly! If your allocated team member was away, another person would easily email you back which was great. I was able to make all my booking requirements at night time/after work as The Luxe Nomad was still happy to email me back with the info i was after. Highly recommended so far!

This is my first time to plan a trip to Niseko. I heard a lot of good things about it but was clueless as how to get started, where to stay, etc... Sophie from Luxe Nomad made it very easy by narrowing my choices and providing the pros and cons. Made my decision to go ahead much easier. Luxe Nomad is a very reliable travel concierge.
