I dealt with Jesse from Luxe Nomad over the last 6 months organising accomodation and other travel plans and my experience has been absolutely fantastic! The proactive updates on accommodation/restaurant/transfer availabilities and the effort spent to cater to our specific request really made the experience easy for our group. Highly recommended! I will definitely use Luxe Nomad for all my future travels! They made booking hotels and activities a breeze. Always going all the way out for their customers and ensured timely follow ups on both ends. Despite me giving them the wrong information which resulted in an error booking, they were quick to rectify it and send me the updated booking voucher. I believe it would not be as smooth had I book it directly with the service provider. Thumbs up to Jessie for her amazing service. Will be sure to recommend you to my family and friends!
