Kathleen Villanueva has been an absolute lifeline and provided truly exceptional service for our Niseko trip. She went above and beyond to ensure our family holiday was perfect, even when unforeseen circumstances arose. Her responsiveness and prompt updates were remarkable, especially considering it was the peak holiday season with overwhelming customer inquiries. She even followed up and responded outside of standard office hours to keep our complicated booking moving forward. When we faced a major inconvenience with the onsen closure, Kathleen quickly found and arranged an alternative, superior accommodation at Niseko at no extra cost, demonstrating her commitment to guest satisfaction. Her tireless work in coordinating all our last-minute changes—ski lessons, gear rentals, and lift passes—was deeply appreciated.
