Barbara dela Paz was extremely patient and knowledgeable and helped me fix a problem with my Apply4Me feature of my TheLadders account. Eve though my computer skills were slow she took the time to walk me through the issue and solve it. As I used to say in the Navy - Bravo Zulu! (that means...well done!)

Executives beware. They don't do anything other than complete a form for you. I paid for the top end package assuming they'd manage the cover letter and the resume to meet the demand of the role. NO NO NO NO, they said I needed to upload a new resume and cover letter. They just do field mapping. A complete over promise and under deliver!!!
