Before I applied for ITIN, I had asked you precisely, after I get the ITIN can I open a US bank account, without any further expenses or other documents needed, you said 'Yes', no need for other documents, I see this as 'Fraud', and 'Scam', because after I paid the money and got the ITIN documents which I will validate with US authorities, you send me this email that I need further documents/website,...etc to open a US bank, you haven't being honest with me, and this act is presented as 'Fraud'.

We're theitin.com, ITIN.com is not our domain. We're not a banking service, nor we guarantee or talk about account appovals with any banks. Nowhere in our website or our reps claims such guarantees approvals. You can use your ITIN for opening bank account.
I am happy with your service, I totally trusted in your processes. Faster and Efficient

Thank you, Jonathan! We’re glad you trusted our process and had a great result.
To be perfectly honest, I took out the ITIN, EIN and LLC with them and in principle everything seems to be fine and they had a good rating from my side. The problem is that they then try to entangle you with extra services by pricing them totally abusive and creating time problems and making you lose money. For example they gave me a lot of trouble trying to set up a VPS for 200$ when it is not necessary, and also the real amount to create a VPS is about 10$. I feel sorry for them because they did everything right and in the end they get a bad review for being greedy and lack of transparency.
